Abstract

This paper takes the headquarters building as the research object and conducts a systematic study on the application of the IoT management and control platform in the intelligent management of electromechanical systems. It analyzes core functions and operational characteristics such as device integration, intelligent control, and data-driven management, discusses limiting factors including multi-device coordination, control accuracy, and data management security, and proposes comprehensive strategies to improve system integration efficiency, optimize control algorithms, and strengthen data management and security. The results show that the optimized IoT management and control platform can achieve both high-efficiency and energy-saving operation of electromechanical systems and ensure equipment reliability in complex environments and overall building operational stability, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for smart building management and offering valuable reference for the future deep integration of smart buildings and IoT.
